Elevate HP is our College Station Area athletic strength training partner. ELEVATE was created to give athletes an unrivaled competitive edge. Owner and Operator Jobi Brock is currently a Health and Kinesiology instructor at Blinn College where his teaching subjects include health and first aid, exercise physiology and biomechanics, and advanced performance classes. Elevate 365 trains athletes of all ages focusing on age specific programs tailored to foundational movement patterns, injury prevention, strength, power, flexibility/mobility, speed, agility, and maximizing performance potential. Jobi has an extensive background training collegiate level athletes including stints at Texas A&M (volleyball, softball, football, baseball, tennis), Sam Houston State (football, baseball, track and field, volleyball, cross country, golf, powerlifting), The University of Alabama Birmingham (volleyball, soccer, baseball), and Texas Lutheran University (football). He is CSCCa - SCCC certified, and NSCA - CSCS certified.
